  • What is at stake for the local area (jobs, tourist infrastructure, shops, transport, etc.)?
  • Administrative organisation of an area and relations with elected representatives
  • Networks and organisations in the fields of culture and tourism, organisation of decentralised State services, local institutional players and their skills.

PARTNERS OF THE HERITAGE SITE

  • Special cultural and scientific partnerships
  • International cooperation in partnership with local structures

[ONLINE MODULE]: Services and structures to turn to in order to comply with the rules governing the operation of a site (safety, development, works, etc.).

DAY 2: BUILDING YOUR TOURISM ECOSYSTEMWELCOMINGVISITORSENCOURAGINGLOCAL TOURISM ANCHORING

  • Work with tourism institutions (tourist offices, ADT, CRT, etc.), set up tourism partnerships and promote a site on a local scale.
