Information

The electronic platform for downloading tender documents is the French government procurement platform (PLACE).

Public tender notices are published in :

  • BOAMP and JOUE for contracts above the European thresholds,
  • in the BOAMP for contracts worth more than €90,000 excluding VAT,
  • in the BOAMP or on the PLACE website for contracts between €40,000 and €90,000 excluding VAT.

The essential data for contracts worth more than €40,000 excluding VAT are published on the PLACE.
