DEFINE A VISITOR ROUTE PROJECT IN RELATION TO YOUR HERITAGE SITE AND ITS COLLECTIONS
- Identify the strengths and gaps of the existing route (practical case study on site)
- A project for whom ? Define target audiences
- The essentials (from entrance to exit, visit duration, etc.)
- Identify and connect the key elements to be discovered
- Scale the project appropriately (ambitions vs. realities)
- Plan for future operation: human resources, operating budget, maintenance
