Expertise in the service of heritage
The Centre des Monuments Nationaux is responsible for the study, conservation, restoration and promotion of a built heritage that is exceptional in its diversity and richness.
From archaeological sites to grand historic houses, from fortified sites to contemporary architecture, these monuments reflect the diversity of the heritage entrusted to the organisation.
Through demanding restoration projects and a focus on the decorative features that contribute to the identity of these sites, the CMN works to preserve them and pass them on to future generations.
