Grants
In accordance with this legal obligation, the Centre des monuments nationaux publishes below the essential data concerning grant agreements exceeding €23,000 that the institution has entered into.
Article 10 of law no. 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations stipulates that: "the administrative authority or body responsible for managing an industrial and commercial public service [...] which awards a grant exceeding the threshold mentioned in the fourth paragraph of this article shall make available, in electronic form, in an open standard that can be easily re-used and exploited by an automated processing system, the essential data of the grant agreement, under conditions laid down by regulation".
