Monographies d'architectes

More than mere catalogues raisonnés, the volumes in this collection are intended to be comprehensive reference works designed to preserve the memory of the great French architects and builders, who are often less well known than painters and sculptors.

Presentation

Our great French architects—the often-overlooked builders behind so many famous works—are still a long way from benefiting from the wealth of monographs that honour the memory of their fellow painters and sculptors. By filling what are often glaring gaps, this collection aims to provide architecture enthusiasts with accessible books drawing on the most up-to-date knowledge.
