  • Definitions: innovation, design thinking and service design, user-centered approaches – what are we talking about ?
  • Innovation challenges and levers: why innovate? which areas to focus on: mediation, reception, accessibility, cultural offerings, economic models, governance, etc.
    quick overview of current challenges and opportunities: environmental engagement, hybridization of uses, immersive experiences, well-being and mental health, citizenship and audience participation, etc.

METHODOLOGY FOR MANAGING INNOVATIVE PROJECTS: COMMON PRINCIPLES
