Use of the Website

www.monuments-nationaux.fr is the official website of the Centre des monuments nationaux. All the contents, edited on the website, are the exclusive property of the Centre des monuments nationaux and of any third parties that have been granted the right of use.

The term "contents" shall be taken to mean the following: any type of information, work, text, video, sound, music, animation, photograph or image contained in the site, and in general any contributions that are protected by the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property.

In pursuance of the Code of Intellectual Property (CIP), any reproduction or representation, partial or total, for collective use of the Centre des monuments nationaux website is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the CMN except in the case of personal or private use for teaching, scientific or informative purposes.

In each case, the CMN endeavours to indicate the site concerned. These Web pages, whose addresses are regularly checked, are not part of the public and official CMN site. The CMN cannot be held liable for their contents.

The present site enables the implementation of a hypertext link pointing to its contents, provided the deep link technique is not used and the source is mentioned. The information used must only be for personal, cultural/social or professional purposes. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.

Any permission given by the Centre des monuments nationaux is discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time and without any reason.

However, no permission is given to websites broadcasting information detrimental to human dignity, public order or public decency.

Emails sent to the Centre des monuments nationaux from its website and to the email addresses used to send additional information may be stored.
